What Zaply is

Zaply is a media player. It does not provide, host, index, sell or recommend any content, and it does not include any playlist. You add a playlist you already have.

You are solely responsible for the content you play with Zaply, for the sources you use, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. We cannot recommend providers and will not help choose one.

Purchases and subscriptions

Zaply is free to download. Zaply Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase. Prices shown in the App Store apply.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple account settings.

The household

One Zaply Pro plan covers the owner and the people the owner explicitly invites, for personal use within one household. Members use their own Apple ID. The owner can remove a member at any time.

What is not allowed

Using Zaply, you agree not to:

• redistribute, resell or rent Zaply or access to a Zaply Pro plan;
• circumvent purchases, or share a Zaply Pro plan with people outside your household or for a commercial purpose;
• use Zaply to infringe someone else’s rights, or in breach of the laws that apply to you;
• reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or this website.

Third-party streams and services

Zaply plays streams provided by third parties you choose. We have no control over their availability, quality, content or legality, and give no warranty about them. Zaply also relies on third-party services (Apple, TMDB and, if you connect them, Trakt, OpenSubtitles or Google Cast) that we do not operate.

Zaply is provided “as is”, within the limits allowed by applicable law. This does not affect the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

Licence

Zaply is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple’s standard licensed application terms. Zaply’s name, mark and design remain ours.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of France. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
